Today I’m sharing some portraits from Lauren’s Williamsburg bridal portrait session. Lauren was an absolutely stunning bride.
Bridal portraits are an addition that I offer my wedding clients. A chance for the bride to get all dressed up *before* the big day, and take all the time we need to get some beautiful portraits in your bridal look!
I love to help my brides with planning the details of their bridal portraits and have a full guide on this when you book with me!
Lauren’s gown was stunning and one-of-a-kind. Especially her “wings” as we called them. Her dress made such a statement and definitely caught everyone’s eye!
We started Lauren’s photos at the beautiful Williamsburg Inn. This location is classic and timeless. It was the perfect backdrop for this bride-to-be.
Lauren’s mom was our hero! She was our wing/veil tosser!
I always recommend bringing a close friend or family member to help out at your bridal portraits. They can toss your veil, carry your things, and just cheer you on!
Next, we went over to Colonial Williamsburg – one of my favorite locations for portraits.
I lovvvee a good black and white!
Now for the D R A M A T I C shots… I was so in love with these!
This bride loved a country look so this last location was perfect for her portraits!
The pop of red and these stairs from the church were a perfect backdrop for Lauren’s bridal look.
We ended the session with some detail shots & close-ups in front of the Governor’s Palace.
I love how timeless the black & whites look here.
Thank you for viewing Lauren’s bridal portraits! This type of photography session is such a great chance to get to be creative, while capturing some beautiful portraits!
